Appointments
- Our nurseries are open by appointment only. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who did not arrange an appointment beforehand.
- If you are in the area and want to pop-in as a last-minute thought, send us a WhatsApp before you arrive.
- Appointments for nursery visits are for Grow Club members only. If you have not yet joined the Grow Club, you can do so at dagga.farm/grow-club/join
Orders
- We no longer accept pre-orders for collection without pre-payment.
- If you are worried that a strain will sell out, you may pre-order and pay a 50% non-refundable deposit (once we have confirmed availability) to secure the order. This must be collected within 7 days of confirmation.
- Orders not collected within a week of confirmation will be put back on the list and the deposit forfeited.
- Once the order has been confirmed, no changes will be accommodated prior to collecting. You can swop out plants once you are at the nursery to collect.
Orders will be delivered on the first delivery day after confirmation (this is usually a Thursday). A 50% deposit is required to secure the order. The balance can be paid via EFT before delivery, or COD.
Orders for courier will be sent on the first Monday (unless it’s a public holiday) after confirmation. Full payment is required to confirm the order.
Problems
We always aim to provide strong, healthy, vigorous plants. However, mishaps can sometimes happen.
Pests
We do everything in our power to prevent pests on our plants. Should your plants arrive infested with pests, we will immediately replace them or refund returned plants. Please provide photo evidence within 24 hours of receiving the plants.
Damaged during transit
While the risk of sending plants via courier is yours, we will replace plants that arrive dead. When plants arrive damaged but salvageable, we ask that you nurture them back to good health. Please send photo evidence immediately upon opening the box.
Disease
Our plants are disease-free. If you suspect something wrong, please provide photo evidence immediately and we will respond accordingly.
Photos
Please take a photo of the whole plant with the tag clearly visible. Also take close-ups of the problem area. Ensure that your camera places focus on the areas you want to highlight.
Anyone who has adopted plants from us is a full member of the Grow Club, and can request to join our chat groups on WhatsApp. There is a Growing Q&A group where we welcome your questions and the group gladly helps with advice.
This advice is free and we strongly recommend that you ask at the first sign of things going wrong.
