No, all our plants are photoperiod.
All our plants are cloned from mothers, so whether originally from feminised seeds, or females selected from regular seeds, they are all guaranteed female.
We have small, medium and large plants.
- Smalls are in a 12 cm square nursery pot. Their height can vary between 10 & 30 cm from the surface of the soil.
- Mediums are in a 4 kg plastic bag and can vary between 30 & 80 cm in height.
- Larges are in a 8 L plastic bag and can vary between 50 cm and 1.5 m in height.
Below is an generic indication of plant sizes. There are two smalls, two mediums, and two larges in a row.
Adoption fees
The “adoption” terminology may be confusing. It stems from when it was illegal to sell plants. We offered the option of adopting them and the adoption fee would go towards our cost of getting the plant to the size it is when you take her home to flower out (soil, nutrients, time, space, skill etc).
However, with the Cannabis for Private Purposes Act that was gazetted in 2024, cannabis has been redefined to exclude plants in their vegetative state. So there are no restrictions on the sale of plants, as long as they are in their vegetative state. We still call it “adoption” because we like that you give these girls a new home and look after them until they bless you with flowers.
Adoption fees:
- Small plants are in a 12cm pot: R150 each
- Medium plants are in a 4kg bag: R300 each
- Large plants are in a 8L bag: R550 each
We accept cash, card and instant EFT. Please do not make any payments until your order is confirmed.
Location & contact
We have nurseries in Paarl, Western Cape and Lanseria, Gauteng.
Visits are by appointment only, and for members only.
We can deliver plants to the Cape Town and Boland areas.
Please enquire for deliveries further afield in the Cape Winelands.
We can courier small plants across the country.
Yes, we courier small plants.
The shipping fee is R250 for up to 8 small plants and economy shipping.
We send it on a Monday, and it usually arrives within the week, and the plants are fine for that time.
However, the risk remains yours. If the couriers mishandle the boxes, the plants can arrive damaged and they will need an experienced hand to nurture them back to vitality.
See our T&Cs for further information.
You are welcome to collect from our nurseries – just arrange a day and time with us beforehand. We will confirm your appointment and send you our location.
Our admin office is open between 9am and 4pm on weekdays. Appointments are available for the following hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 9 am – 4 pm.
- Friday: 9 am – 3 pm.
- Saturday: 10 am – 2 pm.
- Sunday: Closed.
Our hours on a public holiday are 10 am – 2 pm, except when otherwise stated.
- Phone calls are invasive. It means we have to drop everything we are busy with and give our full attention to whoever is phoning. It is also disrespectful to the people who are here by appointment. If you cannot type, send a voice note.
- We seldom have the phone with us. WhatsApp, Telegram and Email are set up on our laptops and we respond from there. Do not send us an SMS. We do not get those.
- Our messaging platforms serve as a record of our conversation with you. We are able to keep track of what you ordered, what we discussed and whether we already gave you any information you may need.
Note, we do not like disappearing messages. As a grow club member, your conversations with us are private and confidential, and we have nothing to hide. Please do not switch on disappearing messages.
WhatsApp. By far.
Send us a message. We prefer text messages, but can work with voice notes if needed.
Since the vast majority of our conversations are on WhatsApp, we sometimes forget to check emails. The busier we get, the less we engage on social media, so while we appreciate you following us on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, it is always best to send us a WhatsApp if you want to get in touch.
